Mr. Ashish Kumar

Mr. Ashish, an IT professional has all his heart for nature and humanity. He holds a Diploma in Social Services. His early experiences as a nature enthusiast were a driving force that pulled him into the noble job of serving people, and nature. He believes that whatever change we want to bring in our society has to get started from the primary level. The foundation must be strong so that social work can significantly impact people’s lives and bring constructive change across the world.

Mr. Gaurav Khurana

Mr. Gaurav Khurana is a man of action, inspired to bring a change. He is a postgraduate in Clinical Research by education and profession with his calm and composed personality; he wishes to conduct deeper research to eradicate stereotypes in the field of Gerontology. His domain of interest is health and education, and he started this noble profession with the dental check-up of slum children. He believes that decision-making skill is a crucial skill at each level to bring a difference in society.

Mr.Gaurav Singh

Mr. Gaurav Singh, a public health social worker, envisions India to be slum-free within a few years. An MBA in Public Health, his foremost concern is a poverty-stricken population; people living under poor sanitation, unfavorable housing conditions, uneducated inhabitants, and gross negligence of hygiene, making localities a haven of diseases. He has provided services to make global changes to improve its overall health and fulfill the society’s deprived section’s needs.

Dr. Praveen Shukla

An aspiration for building a better world has made Dr. Praveen Shukla, the Founder of Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, a social entrepreneur and a philanthropist for life. He holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology and a PG Diploma in clinical research. Having hands-on experience and carrying an in-depth knowledge in the field of clinical research has helped him excel as a research professional. Each diligent step of his work has helped the society and contributed towards the growth of the organization. His passion to serve the society very well reflects though his hard work and perseverance. His core values are dignity, equality, and integrity. He follows simple principles; commitment, consistency, compassion, and community participation.

Abhinav

Abhinav holds a degree in Mechanical Engineer and has been working as a Business Development Manager in an MNC. He has been actively contributing towards Program Management and Design along with Team development. He reminds the world that true giving is always respected and preserves human dignity.

Amit Singh

A Bachelor of Computer Application, Amit Singh works as a Network Engineer in an MNC. In the tough initial years of Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, the One Man Army (as everyone calls him!), he single-handedly took up the responsibility of running it in a simple yet effective way. At Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत he spearheads the finance function by managing end-to-end responsibilities Over the years Amit has played an instrumental role in facilitating many activities for Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत.

Dipanshu Payasi

Dipanshu is an IT Professional who has also worked as a lecturer in a university. He has also done his Masters in Technology and is involved in social services since 2016. His passion is to work on volunteering models for volunteers who want to do something for our society. In Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, he utilizes his rich experience and knowledge of operations to bring out positive changes in society. He is currently managing and directing the organization’s strategic communications, advocacy and he offers strategic directions to innovative interventions, enhancing community engagement.

Divy Patel

Divy Patel is an Engineer and a professional working in the semiconductor industry. He has over 8 years of experience in this field. He strongly believes in ISR (Individual Social Responsibility). He feels that ISR can have multiple effects in society, where individual efforts can gather mass and become a collective force. At Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत he leads the Innovation and Volunteering teams, collaborates with the Leadership team to strategize and execute plans for sustainability and growth, strategizes and strengthens the relationship with corporates that partners with Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, and reaches out to other corporates to build effective partnerships.

Dr. Itishree Pradhan

Director/Founder at Dr. Iti’s Dental Clinic, Rx Smiles, Bangalore, Dr. Itishree Pradhan is a Senior Consultant Dental Surgeon and has held the status of the Clinical In-Charge and Consultant Dentist in the department of Dental Sciences at Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore, for a tenure of 15 years. She has been appointed as a part of the visiting panel of dentists by the Lions Club India & Rotary Club India, Hyderabad. She has served the needy in association with Global Flying Hospitals (GFH), the humanitarian medical charity service of the Medical Aviation Industry. Dr.Pradhan holds a degree in Clinical Research & Trials, in association with Cranfield University, UK, and has been awarded the ICH-Good Clinical Practice for Clinical Trials. She has extensively worked on Dental Stem Cells research, banking & preservation for regenerative medicine and holds a certificate from HCG-Comprehensive Cancer Care Hospital, actively participating in cancer awareness, screening, treatment camps for the benefit of society. She is associated with Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत since 2016, playing the role of managing the Process Excellence & Continual Improvement program. She manages the entire Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत training and program management of various methodologies. An amalgamation of commitment, leadership, assurance, and patience, Dr. Itishree has been serving society with her skills & knowledge. With the motto of winning hearts and prescribing smiles, her vision is- One World, One Smile!

Nadeem

Nadeem has experience of 8 years in the business and service sectors. He has been associated with Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत since 2016. At Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, he anchored at a volunteer action function and spearheaded public participation as a fundamental lever for change. He has a vision that our society should step forward and help others in any manner.

Praveen Kumar

Praveen Kumar is a Pharmacovigilance professional specialized in the Pharma Sector and Clinical Research with over 7 years of rich experience in the drug development process and patient relationship. He holds a Master’s degree in M.Pharma from NIPER, Hyderabad. At Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, he currently leads Volunteer Engagement, Project Planning, and unique Life Skills Development approach in social work.

Shashi Palni

With having over 15 years of work experience in Marketing in the hospitality and healthcare sector with leading corporates like Max, Fortis, Medanta, VPS, Venkateshwar, and PSRI Hospital, Ms. Shashi Palni is a B.Com (Hons) graduate and has done her Masters in Fashion. She is not just marketing for the hospitals but also helps people to choose the right hospital/doctors for their medical treatment. She has been actively involved in social services since 1999 and works closely with many NGOs like Bharosa and Parag. She has closely worked for the Indian Literacy Mission and has also volunteered for social movements and issues such as women empowerment, child/ women sexual abuse, busting many sex rackets. She believes that society has given her a lot and now it’s time to pay back to society. She believes that women are the strongest creature in the world and should be educated and empowered to build a better society. With Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत’s widespread work, Shashi has focused on serving the people and her team with the foundational values of Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत.

Shwetha Bhat

Shwetha is a Marketing postgraduate by education, a language trainer, and a localization expert by profession. She has over 12 years of experience as a language trainer and has been training students and professionals working across various domains. At Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत, she brings to the table, her organizational skills too. She believes that it is important to blend the missionary spirit and professionalism to deliver value. Shwetha believes that no one in society should be treated indifferently, no matter whatever the situation is.

Sinu Jacob

Sinu is an Engineer by profession. He has over 6 years of experience with leading MNCs as an Application Security Specialist. He has been the head of the sports and talent hunt programs for children at Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत for the last four years. He also strategizes and executes plans for the sustainability and growth of the organization. Sinu believes that if we can re-imagine learning to develop empathy, creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative working skills among today’s youth, we will be able to overcome adversities and flourish in this fast-changing world.

Snigdha Banerjee

A graduate in Mass Communication & Journalism from Amity University, Snigdha has travelled extensively across India. She terms that the time she has spent with people in the deep interiors has been the source of her major learnings, both at the personal and professional levels. She has interned with BBC Media Action & NDTV. In 2019, she was awarded the ‘TCC-Rex Karmaveer Chakra Award. She has profound writing skills, is internationally recognized & has fine voice modulation skills as well. She is extremely passionate about giving a voice to the unheard communities, especially women, on their neglected issues and needs like menstrual hygiene in far-flung villages of India. She wants to give back to society as much as she has gained being a part of it. She believes that if everyone helps someone, the world would be a better place!

Yashoda

Yashoda is a Hardware Engineer by profession with 10 years of experience. She specializes in building strategies and scaling up the work done by organizations. She believes that good execution and management come from vision, strategy, and good planning. She feels that planning and creating backups for the future always is a good strategy. Yashoda has been associated with Being Social-एक नई शुरुआत since 2016 and has actively led to the structuring and scaling up of the organization. She is helping society through various initiatives on education, livelihood, and capacity building.
